In this workshop, you will learn:
- A framework for building thriving and engaged communities.
- How to attract quality members to your community, get them on board, and have them take ownership from day one.
- Tools and techniques for promoting member-generated events and content.
- Influencing strategies to overcome barriers to participation in community life.
- How to facilitate community events, especially mastermind groups.

Price:
Thanks to the support of CIPE, the workshop will be free of charge for the first 12 applicants (2 nights’ accommodation, full board, and materials included). Travel costs will be covered by the participants.
Please note:
- This will be a great opportunity to network and share ideas and experiences with like-minded community builders from Slovakia.
- It is highly recommended to take the Community Building Masterclass online course before the workshop to have a common ground for the workshop.
- The workshop will be held in Slovak language.
